If you see that there are closed orders in the list of products (the order has the status “Completed”, then you can find out the reason for the closure and also see when your money will be returned to you. This can be done very simply, just go to the main site https://www.aliexpress.com/ then hover the mouse at the top right on the drop-down menu, you also need to log in there if you haven't done this before.

After that, you need to find the right order in the section “My orders".

Click more details, next to the desired order, to view detailed information.

When you clicked on “Refund information” then detailed information will be available to you, with the dates when and what happened to your payment for this order, and you will see the date of refund of funds if it was made.

Reasons why it is possible to close the order:

• The seller did not send the order — in this case, Aliexpress automatically returns the money to your account from which you made the payment within 15 days. In this case, you do not need to do anything to make a refund, everything happens automatically.  
  
• The order was closed due to the seller's suspicions of fraud — this case fully corresponds to the procedure of the first case.
• The seller agreed to cancel the order — the refund is the same as in the first 2 cases.  
  
• The confirmation time has expired — while you are waiting for the delivery of the goods, you definitely need to monitor the order protection timer. If the timer is coming to an end and you have not received the goods, you either need to open a dispute or request more time to confirm receipt of the order.
• The buyer confirmed receipt of the goods — A very important point, you need to confirm receipt of the order only after you actually received it and everything is fine with the product. But if you did not keep track of the timer or confirmed receipt of the goods by mistake, you can open a dispute within 15 days after confirmation of receipt of the goods. In an open dispute, you need to describe that you have mistakenly confirmed receipt of the goods, and you want to wait in an open dispute.    
  

If you have previously opened a dispute on this order, and this order has already been closed, then you can always read the reason for closing the dispute in “My Aliexpress” — “My orders” — “Refunds and disputes".

After that, we find the right product and click “View data” against the desired product.

Now you can see detailed information about your dispute, view the status of the dispute, the amount of the order, and the amount that was returned for your dispute.
