If the return was due to the wrong address, you need to contact the seller and fix the receiver's information in the settings so the same mistake won’t happen again.
Sometimes the sellers won’t help you, or even ignore your messages. Then you should open a dispute, so the Aliexpress themselves fix the situation and solve to send your money back or leave the order to the seller for re-sending.
