Where do they give out parcels from the platform?

Many newcomers to the marketplace have repeatedly had questions about the place of delivery of their parcels. People are interned-and is it possible to receive parcels in the same way as in other delivery services, that is, by courier to their home, or to the courier service of their country. According to our data, the same delivery options are available on the platform as everywhere else. Yes, you can order delivery by courier. Even at home, even to my work. You can also negotiate delivery to the pick-up point, namely to the pick-up point.

In this case, your order will be delivered exactly to the address that you specify in the "Delivery address" column in your AliExpress account. Be sure to check your pick-up point before making the final order. Otherwise, the product will go to where you sent it, and if you have an address written with an error, then you can simply lose the product.

If you ordered delivery with a courier, but for some reason did not let him in, then the courier makes two attempts to give you the parcel. After two unsuccessful attempts to contact you, your order is transferred to the courier service that you have chosen for delivery.

Is it possible to have multiple delivery addresses in the app?

In principle, nothing prevents you from having several addresses, but still, when you finally choose a delivery method, you will need to specify one specific address.

At the same time, if there are many addresses, the default delivery address will be displayed first. If you have made a purchase and the order has been executed, then the parcel will be sent to this address.

If you decide to change the delivery address, then you just need to go to the delivery settings, find "Set by default" there and score a new delivery address. Then check if you entered everything correctly and only after that confirm the order.

If you have addresses saved in your settings that you will definitely never use, then we advise you to erase them so as not to create confusion.

How to save addresses on the platform's website?

There is also a link on the site that allows you to immediately get to the desired section. If this does not happen, then the rules remain the same:

What should I do if you haven't met the courier?

It happens that you cannot meet the courier either for the first or the second time. Where to look for the parcel then?

There are several options here. If you chose economical shipping when placing an order, for example, AliExpress Standard Shipping, China Post, Cainiao, or regular, without a tracking number, then the delivery service will be the first to contact you to clarify where you have disappeared.

If you chose regular delivery, then the parcel will be left in your mailbox or at the nearest post office.

If you did not choose delivery by private courier, then usually the delivery is handled by a local courier service. However, it should also be indicated when making a parcel, since there may be several such services.

We do not really recommend mail delivery, because these parcels are almost always delayed at the post office, get stuck at customs and you will have to pay extra money to get them out of there.

How do I find out the address of the delivery office?

You will receive a notification from the postman, where the delivery address will be indicated. This is usually the post office closest to your place of residence.

If you did not specifically specify the delivery location and courier service, then you need to call the courier company's support service and give them the order tracking number. They will find your package quickly.

The most normal way to receive a parcel is to specify in advance both the courier service and the delivery address, as well as the method of receiving the parcel. Then you won't have to search for your cargo.
