Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank cards

To pay for an order with a bank card, you need to click on the card icon when making it and then enter the bank card number, its expiration date (month/year) and the security code that is on the back of your card (these are the last 3 digits)

Next, enter your first and last name (in Latin letters, as on the card). Also, by default, there is a checkmark next to “save”, it is not necessary to do this, you can uncheck this checkmark. In the end, click on the “Save & Pay" button.

If payment for the purchase does not occur, but you know that there is money in the card account, then contact your bank or unlock the card via online banking (if enabled)

For security reasons, you can open a separate card to pay for online purchases. This will protect you from stealing money from your bank account.

Important! After paying for the purchase with a bank card, your payment can be verified by the bank for up to 24 hours.

Buyer Protection on Aliexpress

On the Aliexpress trading platform, buyer protection is provided. If the product has not arrived, it has not been sent or sent, but not what you ordered, then within 50 days you can open a dispute with the seller and Aliexpress will refund your money back.

Why does Aliexpress return the money, and not the seller?

Everything is simple, after your payment of the order, the funds (money) are stored on the Aliexpress account. As soon as you confirm receipt of the parcel (order) on the Aliexpress website (in your personal account, in the section “My orders”), then the money will automatically be credited to the seller's account.

If you received the product, but forgot to confirm its receipt on the Aliexpress website (within 50 days), Aliexpress will consider your transaction successful and transfer money for the goods to the seller.

Prepare (collect, pack) the order you paid for for shipment from 3 to 7 days (also after payment, the deadlines are displayed in your personal account in the section “My orders”)
